The Company
C A LIM PROPERTY SURVEYORS SDN. BHD. (Reg. No: VEPM (1) 0022) is licensed and registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers on June 2019.
The Company is an expansion from C. A. LIM & CO. (Reg. No: VE (3) 0036) which was established in June 1992 by its principal, Dato’ Sr Lim Chien Aun.
The Company provides professional services in Chartered and Registered Property Surveying which involves Property Valuation, Estate Agency, Property Management, Market Research / Feasibility Studies and Property Consultancy with its business premise at Bangunan Subeng, No. 104, Jalan Dr Lim Chwee Leong, 10100 Penang.
At present, the Company has over five (5) staff of property experts with a backup of 25 staff who can provide high quality professional services with their in-depth knowledge in the ambit of our professional and technical expertise.
